What are my goals for the web site?

It’s important to know why you’re building the web site. Is it for sales or marketing? Is it a tool for communication or an online brochure? Do you want to sell products through the web site, or just educate consumers about them? Do you want to increase membership in your organization, or offer Web-based benefits to current members? Do you want visitors to email you? Call you? Subscribe to a newsletter? Knowing your goals will help focus your ideas for the site.

What am I trying to sell or promote?

Even if you don’t like the idea of selling yourself, it’s what we all do, every day, if we want to be successful. Don’t be afraid of sales and marketing. Finding the answer to this question will determine what are the most important themes of the web site, what to name the buttons, and the tone to use when writing the content.

What is our website’s business model and how are we unique?

Even if you have an AWESOME idea - you should develop ideas for an advertising or subscription revenue model or some fundamentals of it.

Who is our target demographic and what will they search for?

To help a web design agency understand your needs, can you describe your target audience in terms of socio-economic profiles;gender;geographical location; Planning for the search in your user’s mind can save you from retrofitting for it later. How would YOU search? How would your mother search? How would your grandmother search?

What will the information architecture be like? What are the important top level keywords?

There needs to be balance between information architecture for usability and keyword information architecture for findability (SEO).

What are the components to getting a website up and running?

Web Design & Development: The architecture of the site needs to be built. An appropriate look and feel must be designed. The copy needs to be written and any additional tools such as online forms, shopping carts and audio clips need to be added.

    1. Web Design & Development: The architecture of the site needs to be built. An appropriate look and feel must be designed. The copy needs to be written and any additional tools such as online forms, shopping carts and audio clips need to be added.
    2. Hosting: Just as you might rent office space, your web site needs to be hosted somewhere so people can reach it.
    3. Upkeep: Once live, a good site continues to post fresh material, giving people a reason to return.

What content do I need to build the site?

First, create an outline around the themes you want to promote. Second, remember that each line of the outline is a page that needs content–text and images that will help educate your visitors. The images may include a logo or photos of people or products. Poor quality photos or bad clip art can make the most attractive site look amateurish; sometimes no photos can be better than poor ones.

People want to jump in a big bean bag chair. Bean bag chairs are very entertaining and fun to wrestle on and just to sit and just to chill. Sometimes you can find kids bean bag chairs for a discount. Bean bag chairs are a lot of fun for everyone. I personally like to play video games in a very soft bag chair. A lot of my brothers and sisters many when we were kids would take their bean bag chairs and we would combine them all together. Then, after we had five or six of the big bean bag chairs all in a pile, we would have a big wrestling match.

We would take the bean bag chairs and maneuver them as pillows so we could tackle each other. As far as what kind of chair I like it really doesn’t matter. I like bean bag chairs that are soft. There are bean bag chairs with various materials as the cover. There are leather covers, vinyl covers, cloth covers, and many others that you can choose from. Many times you can find a good price for a nice chair. These guarantees can last about 2-3 years if you’re lucky.

When it comes to older bean bag chairs I do not have a preferenced one, type, or company that I prefer more the others. Basically, I just like the ones that are really big and when you come home from a terrible day at work you can just plop down in them or dive right into them. So come check out our products and decide which bean bag chairs are at your favorite.

Many trade show exhibitors are searching out various ways of cutting their exhibit cost. They feel that they have to attend the trade show after they are very lucrative to most exhibitors. Some companies attend Conventions to show their new product and or market their company service. It’s still the best way to get your product or service in front of a large crown of potential buyers. The drawback is that trade shows are very costly. In that said I would like to point out some cost cutting ideas.

1- In choosing your booth location never get more real estate that you can handle, some exhibitors get the same to give the impression that they are a larger company than what they are. Only purchase booth space that you feel would demonstrate your product or service. If your booth space is large remember you have to fill that area with enough exhibit components more restate means more exhibit components and more components mean more cost on shipping and drayage.

2- When designing or choosing a design for your trade show booth location choose a design that reflects your company images…this is very important, first impressions are lasting. In an effort to keep your budget down make sure that your booth is built with the lightest material needed to properly display your product or image. A great deal of exhibitors are now using stretched fabric structures, light weight panel systems or aluminum frame , the reason for this is to keep their drayage cost down. Drayage: is the cost that is charged by the convention contactor to move your booth properties in and out of the convention hall. Many exhibitors forget to budget for this, make sure to budget for this, some conventions drayage cost are extremely high.

3- Another advantage of having your trade show booth well built out of light weight material is the ease of setting up. This cost can also be very high depending on the convention in which you attend , the faster your booth get set up the lower your overall cost , If one man can handle a component instead of two or three surely you would cut your exhibit set up cost.
